Before you make any decision on any property or area, we suggest you go through the Buying Guide section. There, you will find what you need to prepare, bring and process in order to have your dream property in Portugal. It will also give you an idea of any related fees, professional assistance and procedures any real estate purchase require. The section is further sub-divided into pre-purchase, during the purchase and post purchase steps.
